Three branches – each distributing 7 000 magazines (web page excluded) in the following regions:
Brits/Harties, Lowveld & Rustenburg.
Our mission and focus is to enable our clients to reach their optimal selling market and increase their monthly sales. We are also constantly involved with festivals to increase our advertisers’ visibility in a cost saving and effective manner.
The newest edition of the magazines are available on our website at www.gatewaymagazine.co.za, which ensures that you as our client, reach every interested person and this also increases your target market as this is not limited to geographical areas. For this reason Gateway Magazine has had advertisers from Seychelles, Mozambique etc. This service is free of charge. If you do have a website address on your advertisement in the magazine any interested person can click on the link and this link will take them directly to YOUR website.
The design of the advert is included in the price – there are no hidden costs.
Gateway has a wide variety of categories that cater to your specific needs, from a Building Section to a Tourism Guide.
“Tert” is well known and popular reading in Gateway Magazine and now with a monthly Sudoku as well.

INFORMATION YOU AS THE ADVERTISER ARE ENTITLED TO:
There are opposition publishers who will sell advertisement space at a “cheaper price” and will give clients the impression that their prices are cheaper, BUT:
Always ask if there are ulterior motives behind this – as there are sometimes 5 000 reasons why they are selling at this “cheaper” price.
Just to make sure that you get what you pay for, ask the following questions:
- What is the number of magazines that are printed and distributed monthly and are they able to prove that?
- Are all costs covered – no hidden costs.
- As so many people have lost money due to fly by night magazines/newspapers, ask the question: “when was this business established”.
- Do you get optimal coverage for your target market in their distribution areas?
- Ask for references – any advertiser advertising in the magazine/newspaper should be able to give you an honest opinion.
